Hyundai UK has joined forces with automotive data solutions provider Loop to enhance productivity, profitability, and consistency across its retailer network.
Loop’s Balanced Scorecard solution will enable Hyundai to efficiently track 30 key performance indicators (KPIs) across its 148 UK retailers, providing real-time insights and actionable strategies to drive performance improvements.
Loop’s system will automate data collection and surface critical insights, allowing Hyundai to understand not just how retailers are performing, but why.
The Balanced Scorecard can analyse performance at various levels, including retailer, group, area, or region, while allowing KPIs to be adjusted as needed.
Loop’s platform is already used by 20 of the world’s top automotive brands, including Audi, Volkswagen Group, Suzuki, and Honda, covering 21,000 franchises worldwide.
Loop’s solution integrates KPI reporting, scorecards, action plans, field team visits, and retailer audits in a single secure location. Additional features include sales funnel management and target setting, helping Hyundai’s retailer network operate at peak efficiency.
Simon Porri, CEO at Loop, commenting, said: “Partnering with Hyundai, one of the world’s most respected automotive brands, is a testament to the strength of our solution. With hundreds of retailers, their network can benefit immensely from our data-led approach, which reduces performance dispersion and helps each retailer improve faster and more effectively.
“Loop is designed to eliminate the inefficiencies of manual data monitoring, ensuring every retailer operates at its best. Our Balanced Scorecard helps build competition within the network, encouraging a higher, more consistent level of performance across all retailers.”
