The NFDA's Driving Automotive event is just a week away

A Driving Automotive event is being held in London by the National Franchised Dealers Association on December 11 just hours before the industry’s greatest annual Christmas party, the Ben Ball.

Presenters and speakers at the event include Yin Noe of the China Automotive Alliance; Bo Yu, country general manager, China, at JATO Dynamics; Ian Plummer of Auto Trader, Steve Young of ICDP; Simon Bisp, head of sales at BYD; Marc Palmer of Auto Trader; Zoey Lin of the China Automotive Alliance; and legal expert Miles Trower of TLT LLC.

Attendance to Driving Automotive is free of charge for NFDA franchised dealer members. Non-members must pay £250.

Event highlights include discovering how fresh automotive players and electric vehicle brands are impacting the UK and European markets, getting a first-hand look at new car models from emerging automotive brands, steps to prepare for the continued rise of digital sales models and alternative-fuelled vehicles, and understanding how to build profitable partnerships with new market entrants looking to implement franchised dealership models in the UK.

The NFDA Driving Automotive event, at Lord’s Cricket Ground, ends after lunch and networking at 2.30pm, allowing attendees plenty of time to get ready for the 2024 Ben Ball also in London, at Old Billingsgate Market.

Hailed as the automotive event of the year, Ben Ball is the perfect opportunity to network with colleagues and kick-start the festive season in style, and this year it will embrace the era of the Roaring Twenties, with the main entertainment being a mesmerising Great Gatsby experience as featured on London’s West End, with aerial performers, acrobats, dancers and singers.
